FAQ

Common questions.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused automation build takes 2–4 weeks. A full SaaS MVP is typically 6–10 weeks. I scope carefully upfront so there are no surprises.

What does the discovery phase look like?

We start with a 1–2 hour deep-dive call covering your business, goals, existing systems, and pain points. I then document findings and present an architecture recommendation before any build begins.

How do you communicate during a project?

Weekly async video updates via Loom, plus a shared Notion workspace for documentation. Async-first keeps things moving without scheduling overhead. Synchronous calls when needed.

What happens after delivery?

Every project includes a recorded walkthrough, full documentation, and a 2-week support window. Ongoing retainers are available for teams who want continued iteration.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes — a significant portion of my clients are non-technical. Part of my value is translating between business needs and technical implementation, in both directions.

Can you work with our existing team?

Absolutely. I can embed as a senior contractor, architect systems your team builds, or handle the full build independently. We define the engagement model upfront.
