The Approach
Designed a conversational flow covering the full booking lifecycle: availability check, confirmation, reminder, rescheduling, and post-appointment follow-up. Prioritized natural language over rigid menus.
The Solution
Built a WhatsApp Cloud API bot with NLP-based intent detection, real-time Google Calendar sync, automated reminders at 24h and 1h before appointments, and a Supabase backend for booking history and analytics.
